We manage all the stages of production firsthand<\/strong>, from the care of the land<\/strong> to manual picking<\/strong> using mechanical tools, from pressing<\/strong> to bottling<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Since 2018 we have created the conditions needed to access the trees<\/strong>, clearing the hectares of olive grove overgrown by forest plants and giving the centuries-old trunks<\/strong> space to grow, facilitating their recovery<\/strong> and the maintenance<\/strong> of productivity<\/strong> threatened by forest suffocation.<\/p>\n

To date, the recovery activities have involved around thirty thousand<\/strong> trees and we have reopened the Frantoio del Parco<\/strong>, where the olives are processed within 6 hours of their harvesting using advanced techniques<\/strong>, to produce an organic oil with high organoleptic quality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We use exclusively organic farming methods<\/strong>, assisted by agro- meteorological stations<\/strong> that allow us to monitor the weather conditions<\/strong> and intervene only when necessary<\/strong>.. <\/p>\n

Thanks to Industry 4.0 technologies, the oil mill uses state-of-the-art processing methods<\/strong> and digitally controls<\/strong> the entire cycle.<\/p>\n

Coordination of the processes using management software allows the interconnection of each processing stage, and the digital control of temperatures<\/strong> and processing times<\/strong> makes it possible to keep all the nutritional<\/strong> and organoleptic properties<\/strong> of our cultivars intact.<\/p>\n

With the aim of reducing environmental impact<\/strong> and adopting a circular economy<\/strong> model, our oil mill is equipped with an olive stone separator<\/strong>, a natural fuel with high calorific value.<\/p>\n

The olive residue<\/strong> is sent to our partners for biogas production. At the end of the biogas production cycle, the waste is recovered and used as a soil conditioner<\/strong> <\/p>\n
